Easy to set up and use across multiple devices, and they reply quickly to requests.
Poor video quality, have to stop nordvpn service manually to get internet access again. Looks to be an unfinished product. No I'm using Expressvpn, much much better!!!!
They will not cancel your account unless you talk to them (three times.) Beware! Very bad customer service experience and I would be cautious of them getting your credit card. I would only use an American company in the future. I had to cancel my credit card.

Pretty incompetent. Paid a lot of money for a multi year subscription and again for a dedicated ip address. Happily took my money, but didn't bother to assign an address. After nearly a month of use, they admitted to me they hadn't bothered to assign a dedicated ip (that I had been paying for) and will finally assign it for me. A month late my ip address changes again, despite assurance my ip will always be the same. Have now been banned from a very important website due to this as they require a dedicated website. Absolutely furious and out of pocket paying money to these charlatans. Ticketid 2428534. Still not put back on my dedicated ip. Edit: It gets worse! Instead of denying there are issues, they now admit they indeed are putting me on the wrong ip and not the dedicated IP i pay for... their excuse? "Because I use P2P applications!" Unbelievable! No. I don't use "P2p Applications" and hilariously according to thieir own website "NordVPN not only allows P2P traffic but also offers military-grade encryption, fast download speed, no bandwidth limits and guarantees the protection of your private data." thanks guys for ripping me off, taking my money and making up excuses not to deliver that service. Massively regret not sticking with PIA. NordVPN are a joke. Edit: NordVPN refusing to refund despite not giving me the service I paid for. Switched back to PIA. Also good timing as MalwareBytes has just started identifying NordVPN as Malware as it installs 'advinstanalytics' onto your computer if you use the Windows Client.
Great but Windows app needs some UI changes: Check for Updates button missing: The old versions, back to summer 2017, had “Check for Updates” button. Other VPN providers have this feature. On the right pane, please beside the country and server number, also add the city name and Server Load in which the connection is established. Also when viewing my Favorite servers, I can't see the Server Load.Please, please add them back.
NordVPN provides applications for a good range of devices including Android TV which is why I selected them. The down side is that some content providers have circumvented NordVPN's servers so you end up paying for a VPN which may not give you access to some popular contect providers. For example my wife is from Austria and would love to watch content from orf.at via OFR TVThek but NordVPN confirmed they are unable to provide access to this service which leaves us with a VPN subscription for 3 years which we don't have much use for! In my opinion support should not be telling customers what doesn't work rather make an effort to make it work - after all isn't this what their business is?
Stupid fools They made me sign up again, the result was paying double for tree months with out me noticing it... I really needed help from them to help me find out how to cancel two payments on the same email address. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP, THEY JUST REFER TO THEIR RULES. Don't ever sign up. Use expressvpn or someone else
I've had NordVPN for over a year now, and I've never experienced any issues whatsoever.
