The only issue I have with nord VPN is when opening the program , it is very slow and at time it freezes , the connection speed to connect to a country is quite fast, and very reliable , I have not experience a drop out, not once, unlike the other VPN that I was using !! Dags

Claims to have a 30-day money-back guarantee but absolutely refuses to refund even after I explicitly asked for a refund three times by email. Support keeps asking which problems I experienced and sending me guides to fixing problems with their service instead of just giving me the refund they guarantee.
I signed up for a free trial less than a week ago. I am a hundred percent sure I clicked on free trial and shortly afterwards also turned off my subscription from itunes. Just wanted to try it out to see what was on Netflix UK and Canada and maybe try it for free, as I was told it would be. However, yesterday I found out that I had been charged for it and this had happened without any warning whatsoever! The helpline guy told me that I had received no warning because I used another account so basically it’s my fault that I don’t have a photographic memory or that the free trial wasn’t actually free and there were strings attached that I was not told about! I am mortified at being cheated out of 125 dollars and to top it off after an hour of chatting with Dwight who said he would issue a ticket number for me, I get an email shortly saying i’d have to get in touch with Apple for a refund. This was what Dwight had been saying throughout and I kept telling him that Nordvpn needs to take some responsibility for what has happened and I know Apple won’t grant me a refund. This is an extremely dishonest thing to have happened. I am absolutely livid that I was cheated out of my hardearned money like this with the company taking no responsibility and showing no remorse for their actions. Stay as far away from Nordvpn as you can!
Too many times unable to connect, when I turn off the VPN connection is made immediately. Customer support not very good.
