The customer service is really great, polite & helpful. But i experienced a bad connection quality & some features which didn't worked as expected. I tried a lot of things to fix my issues, talked with the customer service but i couldn't fix my problems. So maybe it's just me, respectively my setup (hardware, software... ...what ever). Unfortunately I am not the most patient person at the moment; I currently just don't have the nerves to keep looking for solutions.
