Unter Android seit einem Jahr hervorragend zufrieden. Unter Windows 10 gibt es immer wieder Probleme mit verschiedenen Diensten bzw. WebSites, die die IP überprüfen. Mit einer "dedicated IP" (kostenpflichtig) sind diese Probleme zu 100% beseitigt. Die Geschwindigkeit kann ich nur mit hervorragend betiteln. Der Support hat mir innerhalb weniger Minuten(!) die durchaus komplexen Probleme die ich im Chat angesprochen habe gelöst. Vielen Dank!
Excellent speed and quality service
The servers are slow at times, barely 50-90 mbps. When contacted the support, the suggestion from this LEON guy was to uninstall my security software, whats next uninstall windows. It seems the support has gone down to drains, I am cancelling my subscription. This is no way keeping you customers. Any time there is an update for their app, there are problems: disconnecting, no connections, slow speed, etc. The kids they hire as support will try to ruin your computer system by asking you to do impossible changes to a perfectly well rounded and smoothly running workstation. Elevated support non existent. You get a cold email that will brush you off. Meanwhile, their servers (and number of them, Canada) are slow as 14.4 modems back in the days. Look elsewhere as this NORDVPN service is not getting any better, this is from a customer with about 3 years behind this service. Simply, they don't give a d*m about you as a customer, they want your money ticket ID #4872494 ticket ID #5008688 Similar problems, this time your P2P disconnect every 30 seconds no matter which server is used, your support is not paying attention to the problems but sends the customer to read some articles. Have you lost the understanding of what the customer is? Or you want me to research the issue and just report it to you. Have you asked your self why these problems are coming back? Just for comparison, your competitors vpn DOES NOT have the same issues, everything replicated. Don't come back with bs excuse, fix your damn servers and application first. By the way, your support is still null, or below. I do not need vpn for regular web surfing, but will use it for other reasons.

Dishonesty is the word that comes to mind. Frequently I have had to go back to their customer service via the website and it always pressures the visitor to buy into "limited time promo, only 9 hours left!" Except that I've seen that countdown timer of 9 hours 32 mins 7 or 8 different times of going onto the website. Clearly being deceptive. Asked a chat rep about it and said that offer had been extended... 8 OR 9 TIMES?! And that's just when I've had to look. Unbelievably devious. And we're meant to trust them with our personal information? Same as everyone else- I thought I was buying the vpn for subscription use at £2.32 monthly but billed all at once, I have seen response from NordVPN that they make it clear that its billed at once but they know they're being deceptive and clearly theyre not going to stop so just don't use them. Give your money to other, more honest VPN hosts. If they don't want you to think you're paying £2.32 a month then why take it as a direct debit?! No one does a 3 year DD like it's normal. In short, the company have fallen so far from grace, now as bad as the people and companies they say they're protecting us from. Judas.
Took out a 3 year subscription, cancelled within 12 days, and expected a full refund. I am based in the uk so paid in Sterling. The refund paid back to me was in USD and as the exchange rate had changed I received £9.66 less. This was not a charge from my credit card company and not highlighted as a possibility. I still have not had a reply to my last email, where I highlighted this flaw.
Elendig VPN service. Jeg skrev til support FØR jeg betalte og spurgte om de kunne levere nok båndbredde til min forbindelse (650mbit) og de sagde at det kunne de. Efter jeg oprettede VPN forbindelse røg der 60-65% af hastigheden uanset valg af server. Deres support ville have mig til at gøre en masse, som tydeligvis blev læst fra en tjekliste og som var helt hen i vejret (ændringer i netværk som virkede glimrende UDEN deres VPN) og som kunne få enhver IT mand til at hive sig i håret (er OpenVPN på router langsom? Prøv at ændre QoS på din Windows maskine. Flot!) og det hjalp ikke overhovedet. Da de ville have mig til at sætte samtlige maskiner op efter en mega lang guide sagde jeg nej tak! Når hastigheden er elendig både fra en hurtig gaming PC med LAN kabel OG hastighedstest direkte på en lynhurtig router sat op til VPN så ligger problemet i deres ende, uanset hvor meget de så end prøver at skubbe det fra sig. Om ikke andet så ligger problemet i at de lover mere end de kan holde. Opdatering til deres svar: De 60% tabt båndbredde var ikke via router, men fra en gaming PC på LAN.

Watch the pricing - they do not make it clear that VAT will be added. Also be careful as they do not make it clear that you have to pay in US Dollars so you will probably pay a currency charge. My experience was that I had had it turned off most of the time as it slowed things down too much. If using an overseas location either my log ins were rejected as I was not recognised or the info came back in the language of the country selected rather than English - ther may be a work around but I did not find it. Not worth the aggro.
Ich habe einen Account für drei Jahre online mit Kreditkarte gekauft. Die Zahlung wurde auch bestätigt und eine Aktivierungsmail angekündigt. Die Aktivierungsmail kam allerdings nicht. Nach einem Chat wurde dann zunächst ein Testaccount für drei Tage freigeschaltet. Weitere Emails wurden dann nicht mehr beantwortet. Der Account ist weiter inaktiv.
