A service that you can trust. I have been very happy using this service because they have a responsive customer service, keep updating their software, always obtain high awards when being reviewed, WiFi service is only slightly reduced, do not accumulate data, and do not share user accounts records with any other service as reported in many reviews.

I have spent most of the day trying to get this to work. Paid $140 to set up on Nord Teams to provide a fixed IP for employees working from home, app won't accept passwords and freezes my Mac, they won't speak with you, you have to email. Responses to 30 minutes and don't help. No visible way of cancelling or requesting a refund. WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I've never had an issues with NordVPN when in the US or other 'western' countries. While visiting the middle east, I did have connectivity issues (getting connections dropped every 30-60 seconds), even after following their guide on connecting to countries with restrictions. I do believe this is user error on my part, so am not lowing my score for that. I have indeed dealt with their customer service and found it spectacular in every instance, as far as those things go. Their representatives were very responsive and obviously want to solve my problems. All in all I really couldn't be happier with NordVPN's overall package. It's a great VPN backed up by a great company. Once I can figure out how to get it to work in restricted countries, it will be absolutely perfect.

Her kommer Trustpilots astronomiske mælkevej til kort. NordVPN er et fint produkt ,som jeg anvendte med stor fornøjelse, da jeg boede i Thailand og man kan med god samvittighed hente 5 stjerner ned fra Mælkevejen. Nu bor jeg i Danmark og har ikke det tidligere behov og da nordVPN venligt havde gjordt opmærksom på recurring betaling. Gik jeg on-line og kunne den næste time se et stort udvalg af fejl, overkompliceret dialog, snubletråde. Musseklik virker ikke, teksten kan ikke læses, da man sætter font størrelse tl 2, dokumentation passer ikke med systemet. Man vil gerne holde på sine kunder, men her kommer man hjm uden stjerner

Service not working with Amazone Prime and BBC anymore. It used to. Customer service could not help either. Waste of money.
