The browser extensions are not working properly. I contacted customer service more times. They are really kind but these were the standard answers I got: "...this is a known issue, and is being worked on right now..." When I asked what could be the solution, this is what I was told: "To wait for the fix from our developers." And I keep waiting...and waiting... Edit: I don't have ticket id. I have "chat transcript with nordvpn.com"
