Nordvpn staff are great. Every time I have had a problem or just a general question, they are prompt to reply and help. Using Nordvpn is a breeze. I am not techy so I need simple procedures. Setup was dead easy. changing servers to any place in the world is just a click of the mouse. The only downside is that Netflix detects vpns and blocks streaming. All in all, I am more than pleased with my experience with Nordvpn.

So far reasonably positive experience. However, sometimes windows itself thinks that it doesn't have internet connection (ex. Windows store and such), while connection is working fine over VPN.
