Really bad experience. Archer is like a twelve year old with an attitude. Spent the first 90 minutes with Jessie who did not help at all and in fact made things ten times worse. Managed to completely cut off my internet access. All I was trying to do was install the app. Jessie told me to restart nine times and still did not manage to fix my issue. Next came Archer, who immediately picked a fight and, wow, what an attitude. Comments like 'Have you checked windows or not?'. 'Maybe if you would cooperate I might be able to help you'. Next comment when I asked to make a complaint 'Do you think that will help?' I am thinking these guys need shorter working hours or therapy. Still didn't fix my problem. Cannot install the app so a wasted £36. Really frustrating experience. What children.
