Terrible lag spikes when gaming. Really horrible unusable. Pretty disappointing for what I thought was a good vpn... Only connecting from aus to sg. Not a difficult task. When compared to mudfish ($3 for 18gb), which gives me low point while gaming and no spikes whatsoever, I realise nordvpn is no longer needed. This is coming from a customer of many years. If you want this to use for gaming, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Went to buy the service for 3 years at £116, all the way to entering my bank details it still says £116, I put the transaction through and I check my bank account and £129 has come out. I query it with them but they first tell me it's a charge by my bank and that they can't partially refund, then they tell me it's due to exchange rates, which means their sales page is never up to date with current exchange rates, they state they still can't give me a partial refund. Logging into my account with them also proved that they billed and charged $150, which at the time was approximately £129. So I ask for my money back in full as per the 30 day money back guarantee. They refund the full amount in USD, but due to exchange rate it doesn't equal the amount I paid. Basically they've stolen money from me and do it to everyone outside of their country who buys from them. A lot of people aren't too bothered about an extra £13 or so, so will just take the hit, but it's fraud and they won't do a thing about it. Their bank is in Panama, for tax evasion purposes no doubt.
