The Mac application is extremely poor. It constantly knocks me off when the computer goes into sleep mode and fails to reconnect. It also frequently completely loses my account and asks me to Pick a Plan to become a new customer. Numerous tries by Support, including multiple total wipes and reinstallations fail to solve the problem. Time to look for a new VPN provider.

Speed down is around 110 Mbps (from 250 Mbps) Speed up is around 24 Mbps (from 25 Mbps) Connection with server is good. Changing servers is sometimes slow. (on pc) Changing servers on mobile phone is faster.
