Living in a restricted country which is the whole purpose of a VPN. Understood it might be slightly more trick, but not like this, cannot connect after changing passwords, poor support and you need a masters in ICT to follow the instruction linking it to open vpn and that is after the support tells you to connect to every server for two days. Poor poor poor
