Sometimes the server you're connected to stops responding or you get a message that you should switch to another server (nice if you're not at your computer). The Windows (10) program has better and less well versions (but you only notice when you're using the latest version). And I removed the Chrome extension because it was troublesome. There are also times all is working well...
