Started out great at the beginning but as time passed their service became bad, their customer support was good, later turned bad and just felt like they were trying to get rid of your concern. Their desktop client is the main problem for me, it was full of bugs, many disconnections, and I was actually able to login my account on the desktop client with any password imaginable, I was literally typing gibberish and it logged me in, of course I informed them of the situation and I even gave them a recording of the incident and they didn't reply again. Overall I would've rated them 4 stars in 2018 but I can't recommend them at this time
