I was unable to activate my account even though i had been charged for the month. the person that assisted me on the online help section was good but i was dissapointed with my first interraction with nord... hope the experience using it make up for it
I just wanted to use the free trial but i didnt cancel soon enough and my customer support representative was really helpful... finding out how to refund was simple and quick only took about 5 minutes... really grateful nord vpn has good customer support staff to take of me.

saw all of the great reviews so purchased the 3 yr plan. However, it has been two months now I it is absolutely unusable!!!! Normally it is just slow as hell but today when I got the latest update, when I connect to the vpn my browser loses all internet access. This is a waist of money, I'm running windows 10 with all the latest patches and this Dell came with McAfee which I am not that happy with and want Bitdefender back .. soon.
Edger tried his best to help me with my issue and offered me countless solutions. Great service and great guy.
