I ordered their VPN only for the price to be more than they stated. The money then left my bank account, but they said it failed. Upon contacting them they said it was because I used an email address which is not similar to my name and suggested I make another payment to them. They then proceeded to ask me to use another browser with all privacy controls switched off. When I asked for a refund, they said money had not come out of my account while my bank said otherwise. I stated that and then they demanded to see a screenshot of my bank statement. This is the least secure joke of a service I have come across for a company that is claiming to support privacy!
