Very poor customer service. Refused a refund as they took the payment. I apparently did not want 3 days notice. You have to tick rather than automatic. Beware - not a very good product.

Refusing a refund despite being told on the day I did not wish to renew. Poor service poor customer service avoid at all costs.

I’m the first to admit that I’m not very I/T competent so I could well be part of the problem, but, I paid for a VPN and preconfigured router in order to watch UK TV while living in Italy and having paid for these services I’m not sure I should have to spend so much of my time uninstalling reconfiguring and reinstalling software that I don’t really understand. The service has been problematic at best and I seem to spend a lot of time emailing the support team, who have actually given up on me after this mornings most recent uninstall and reinstall fiasco and pushed me off to sabai. My observations from using the service are: the router provides a UK IP address sometimes, but never more than 8 weeks without a reinstall by me, the router will let me watch some services not all as it seems some tv services can detect the VPN, the app on my fire stick lets me watch some Uk tv some of the time, sometimes it’s blocked sometimes it works, maybe needs another reinstall? The service is pretty hit and miss, don’t think you can make a cup of tea and sit down and switch the tv on, you need to plan ahead and check or hope that it’s working. I’m 10 months into the first year and I think I need to find something else, after spending the best part of £400 I’d expect better to be honest.

Website advertises that you can access UK tv content with their system and refers to Iplayer and being able to download UK tv shows. Their VPN system has not been able to break the BBC software for the past 3 months and you cannot donload any content onto Apple devices which previously was possible. They take your money based on their website adverts and then refuse to refund when challenged arguing that they are a VPN service...........very poor service apart from Ruth Petty who was very professional and tried her best to sort things out.

This site didn't work in Spain, so I was refunded. However what concerns me more is that ever since registering with them I've been spammed to death, suggesting they have breached my privacy!

This company provides VPN services (Virtual Private Network) that provides you with a UK IP address, a service ideal for people living abroad. I have used this service with mixed results. On occasions it works well, at other times, usually at night when you need it most, it buffers badly, reducing your mbps speed to a dribble on a fast broadband link. The company promises a fast connection, but that is not consistent. When you complain, you are just shrugged off "not our fault" and they cannot help. But, they are more than happy to take your money, in the form of 6 or 12 month subscriptions paid in advance, but will not return a penny refund when you cancel your subscription because of bad service. So, beware, look at the reviews and rankings for VPN's before parting with a penny.
