When they first took over from mpn, they had a rocky few months with slow response times and a general failure to engage like mpn users expected based on their previous experience. That said, the latest glitch (on a Saturday evening) was responded to and fixed within less than 1 hour. That is exceptional by anyone's standards. I only withhold the 5th star in reserve to award for when I have had 3 good and speedy responses in a row.

I have needed to use VPN customer service a few times and the service has been excellent. An instant reply to emails and always exceptionally helpful advice. The last time Romain had to access my computer to reinstall something and he was efficient and very pleasant. Customer service like this is rare nowadays.
