I have been really impressed with the speed and effectiveness of responses from customer services when I've had a query. It is not scripted as the responses are most definitely "human" and issues have been resolved quickly with no fuss at all. When Le VPN took over MPN I feared it would result in a lowering of standards, but I think it's even better than before. I would definitely recommend Le VPN to anyone looking for this kind of service.
