I purchased this VPN in order to try it out, since the offer was too good to say no. As you all have probably seen, they have this 7-day-money-back-thing. Two days after I got the VPN I requested them to cancel my subscription and send me the refund, since the VPN was not performing as well as I expected. After 2-3 days of getting emails that were totally irrelevant to my request, I was told that I cannot receive a refund since I used more traffic than stated in the refund policy. Refund policy that, of course, is not clearly stated on the main page, or the page where you pay for the subscription. Take my experience as a lesson learned. Verify their policy and read carefully the other 10 things you have to abide to in order to get the refund. They sure as hell won't tell you when you sign up. Update: After exchanging a couple of emails, they have aggreed to refund me on exceptional basis.
Great company and the support staff. They genuinely try to help fix the issues and answer their tickets promptly. The software is robust, however i did run into some issues with was fixed through their support systems. Not a fan of their Beta client but classic is decent. Just added another two years on my nearly ending year subscription. Great value for money.

These guys have a great product and their customer service is fantastic. I use it to connect to UK server mainly, to watch BBC iPlayer. I signed up with Ivacy for 1 year and I also wrote my own review for their VPN and gave them 8.5/10
In my opinion Ivacy offers a decent and nice service. I mistakenly purchased a subscription for one year when I really wanted a two years subscription and they refunded me the money for the one year subscription straight away. Also I needed help configuring my DD-WRT router and Theodore was able to connect remotely to solve the issue. The connection speed is enough for me after testing one of their servers.
The speeds seem decent, Alot of protocols are offered however not all of them work in all locations so sometimes you kinda need to do some switching back and forth till you "guess" which protocol will work for the location you want to connect to i personally hate PPTP protocol as it is very old and outdated and considered insecure. Some colleges and Universities and schools and businesses are starting to block VPN's but Ivacy is bringing out a NEW protocol which not very many VPN providers offer which is StealthVPN which is Meant to MASK VPN traffic to appear as normal traffic to bypass VPN blocking! So far i am a very happy Customer and am Impressed with this service so far.
Works ok, but occasionaly had to get in touch with the technical support to make it connect to India or UK etc.,
Five stars is for the service, the speed is fast when I test youtube and google spreadsheet. I now have it for 4 years. Good for it. and THEODORE is a good folk tell me how to solve problem.
Ivacy is no other the world's greatest VPN provider for their unconditional help in case you experienced connectivity issues like unable to connect, keep getting disconnections, etc. for their techicans and executives are extremely professional in handling with these hassles by helping you get rid of them in front of you with the aid of the TeamViewer. That's marvelous! Thanks Ivacy for all your help to enable me to regain the control of what the Internet is meant to be. I LOVE IVACY!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D
