Made a mistake and accidentally played twice, sent an email and got a reply within the hour. My boy Vladimir was very understanding of this and cancelled my second membership then and there. Unfortunately the payment went through but be warned, while the price for 24 month membership says $2 per month it is actually a flat payment of $49. Vladimir understood my confusion and we arranged a refund of both payments and just deducted a $7 monthly from the 49 as I still used it. Overall was very flexible with solving problem. Har lige købt 1 års abonnement hos Ivacy og tilkoblet min pc. Den anden dag hørte jeg en radiokanal sige " this radiostation is not allowed in your country". Det var vel og mærke på min Iphone. Hold k... det var fedt at tilkoble VPN på telefonen og få radiokanalen tilbage:-) Indtil videre meget fin service fra Ivacy

I had a really difficult bug to fix and I had no clue where the problem was coming from. We tried a lot to fix the problem and nothing seemed to work. But still the support didn`t gave up and tried everything they could to fix the problem. And fortunatelly at the end the problem got fixed. Now everything just workes fine thanks to the good support. It may have been the best support I ever got

I was a bit reluctant at first if I should go for Ivacy or not, but when I had a chat with support, I knew straight away that this service is definitely worth trying. After using the service for 7 days and counting, I have experienced no issues what so ever. It's a 5 out of 5 from my side. Keep up the good work Ivacy.
