I have just purchased the 5 year plan and upon my arrival in Spain I had an issue on my laptop accessing BBC Iplayer. I contacted the live chat support and was immediately responded to by "Tevez" Tevez sent easy instructions to try a few options to resolve the issue. I tried these but was still having the issue connecting. Tevez then sent instructions for a remote connection and connected to my laptop and setup the Ivacy application which then resolved the issue and BBC iplayer is now easily accessible from spain using the Ivacy VPN application. Great customer service by Tevez. I should also point out that previously I was able to access my bet365 account with Ivacy VPN, I have tried a few other VPN's that have never been able to do this. Highly recommended
