I recently subscribed to this VPN. I had some initial issues getting it to work through the Windows app. I contacted their support team who were very responsive and were able to get me up and running quickly.. Turned out it was an issue with my password, possibly an invalid character. I have been getting very good speeds with this VPN, faster than I got with both Nord VPN and IPVanish. I have 200Mbs internet and with the VPN I seem to get about 190Mbps.

I have bought Ivacy VPN and I am contented with the service. I have had some challenges getting it set up correctly on my various units but their support is VERY good and they will keep answering politely. I have just had Felix from the helpdesk add in a new server in my menu. I think he worked remotely via Teamviewer for an hour - and that is for an OS (Ubuntu Linux) they do not really support :-)

Great service so far. The number of servers is definitely mouthwatering, which helps me circumvent Geo-blocking on services I already paid for. The customer service is especially helpful. Tevez helped me in solving a couple of issues I was facing in mere minutes and he's always there to support users with their tickets. I definitely think Ivacy is a service worth paying for. The highlight is the customer support people like Tevez.

I like this VPN as it's really easy to use and you always know what to click on.
