Franklin solved my issue with Ivacy connection
Got some issue on my Blackberry while thia had been smoothly resolved by Felix, the agent with a very short time, very professional and the steps to resolve the issue is very clear and direct, appreciated his brilliant support and the using experience about Ivacy is really good.

Wow, this is what support is meant to be. Subscription was going to be up for renewal, but I was going to be behind the "Great Firewall" when it was due, so no VPN would mean I would not be able to pay (or do much else either), and my credit card had changed from my original subscription. Was searching through the FAQ's for info about early subscription renewal when I noticed the live chat button button. Usually don't use that on many websites, as with most companies it is a total waste of time, and of bugger all genuine assistance, but I was pressed for time. Imagine my surprise when Franklin was actually already there, answered instantly, concisely, and got everything sorted for me in a matter of just a couple of minutes, including extending my subscription base from 2 years to 5 years. Thank you Franklin. I have had my trust in Ivacy for almost 2 years already, and did not think my opinion could possibly go higher, so in this modern jaded world of support that you require support to use, it was a ray of sunshine to actually get genuine support. There are many companies I would love to see send their support staff to Ivacy for training. This is what support has always been meant to be.

I'm very satisfied with ivacy I just renewed my two year service for a Life Time Subscription ... I think that says it all.
I have to say for the buck it is pretty good service. Sometimes it fails or was it my ISP? Anyways my firewall locks things down when the VPN fails for some reason. They don't shy away from helping Linux users either. I would have to say that performance and support has really picked up over the last year. Just this morning support walked me through an issue, turned out it was the resolver DNS (all three) failing on my end.. Took a half hour for me to work through it and I know what I am doing. He kept checking on progress until I was satisfied and answered more questions about their setup at the end.
