Ivacy best no doubt! I tried two others with supposedly best service and IVACY blew them away. Fast and easy to use with lots of locations. It is why I have renewed for 2 more years. Support great, too, with immediate live chat agent who knew their/his/her stuff. Oh, and I am in Fiji and traveled to USA...working great, flawless, fast.

I'm a new customer so can't comment on long term reliability and speeds. However I signed up for VPN + dedicated IP. I was having trouble setting up my dedicated IP connection for my raspberry PI 3 running OSMC. Ivacy don't support openVPN on dedicated IP connections. This made it a little troublesome for myself as I'm not an advanced (barely a beginner) linux user. Franklin from their customer support was very helpful and patient and eventually found a solution for me. Their instructions for installing for debian just would not work for me. Eventually Franklin provided me with CyberPPTP script which worked first time.

Оплатил подписку на VPN на 2 года. Попробовал настроить на роутере, ничего не получилось. Написал в поддержку, тишина. Думаю, ладно, настрою просто на всех устройствах, без роутера. В итоге их софт нигде не работает и выдает ошибку авторизации, в поддержке все так же молчат. Написал сделать возврат денежных средств, попросили указать причину, указал, что ничего не работает, а поддержка меня просто игнорирует. В итоге и те кто отвечает за возврат денег меня тоже заигнорили. Дважды подумайте нужно ли вам такое отношение за ваши же деньги. Не уверен получился ли вообще вернуть средства, т.к. отвечать там похоже никто и не собирается.
