i have never had to wait in the queues for support and any issue i had that required support has been resolved promptly. any questions has been professionally answered in a timely fashion. really all i can say is that i wish more customer support would be similar to the service i have received. i have been using ibpvn for a few years and while there may be other services out there that offers this or that i would not consider switching my vpn provider just because how happy i am with the service and the support i am getting for it

I'm a huge fan of ibVPN. I've subscribed to a number of different paid VPN services (and I still use three of them regularly) and my experience with ibVPN over five years has been great. Connections are fast and stable, there are loads of servers available, the apps are easy to use, and support has always been super friendly and quick to deal with requests. On top of that, the price is very reasonable, particularly given all the nice extra features the Ultimate plan offers. If you are shopping for a VPN service, give this one a serious look.
