Have been with ibVPN for a year now after the previous VPN provider sold out to a vastly inferior service. VPN constant use has been for almost 10 years now and the best experience has been with ipVPN. Of course sometimes the system goes down but there is always immediate personal assistance available to sort a problem. There are humans at ibVPN! Highly recommended.

I'm not very technically minded but have found the VPN useful. Have also found the staff very helpful and quick to respond if I've had a problem. However am now finding the downloads of updates easier than in the past so need less help. Also cheaper than one I used in the past and more comprehensive

It wasn't clear on my e-mail notification from ibVPN that I could extend my subscription and take advantage of an Anniversary Special sale, However, after contacting ibVPN through its chat option, I discovered that my present subscription and an extended subscription could be merged and done manually through the chat. So, I did order an extended subscription. Barni, the customer service representative on the chat line was very helpful and courteous. Barni took time to make the procedures clear and was patient with my questions and requests for confirmation of such a adjustment and chat record copy. So, given that the company did not make the extension procedure clear on its e-mail notification, I cannot give it 5 stars. Barni, however, deserved 5 stars.

Couldn't miss the 10th anniversary special, but my service didn't expire for months. The customer people were very helpful and added the purchase to the end of my existing expiration. Thanks
