Snelle reactie van de klantenservice en houden zich keurig aan hun woord! Had de gevraagde refund erg snel binnen. Jammer genoeg werkt Channel 4 niet meer via Goose VPN anders was ik zeker klant bij ze gebleven :)

Erg fijne vpn service, echter betaal ik als vaste klant al laten veel te veel. Alle nieuw klanten betalen en lagere jaarlijkse kosten. Ik zou graag van de deal gebruik maken maar als vaste klant kan ik niet zomaar overstappen...

Nog maar 2 weken geïnstalleerd maar al wel maal 2 maal de helpdesk ingeroepen (door eigen onhandigheid) en dat ging perfect , dus tot nu toe tevreden
