De installatie verloopt zeer soepel en de app is eenvoudig gemaakt, zodat je makkelijk de weg vindt. Contact met de service desk is goed, ze denken met je mee en je krijgt vlot antwoord. Het enige nadeel wat ik heb ondervonden is de dat snelheid behoorlijk afneemt, maar ik heb een 'normale' downloadsnelheid van 500mb. De gemiddelde gebruiker merkt dus niks. Verschillende tests gedaan o.a. via dnsleak en alles fungeert veilig zoals het moet! Tot nog toe is Goose VPN een Aanrader!

Goed product,Nederlands, installatie zonder nonsens. Het gebruik is simpel. Streamen gaat prima, wel afhankelijk van de gekozen server. Snelheid is redelijk,maar dat is volgens mij bij elke vpn. Tevreden klant

The Problem I have with GooseVPN is, when there is a problem on their site, they never show any Information. I expect on their website an Info about interruption or anything. As long the Service is working everything is fine, but when the service isn't working, which happens almost every week for a few minutes to hours, then you can't find any info. Send an email the response is always the same that there was a problem bla bla bla, but I would love to see an Information page, where customers could look at and see which services are affected and maybe an estimate how long till it is back again. I guess they don't want show transparency!
