Snelle helpdesk, zijn echter niet snel met updates de app werkt prima en je mag een onbeperkt aantal apparaten gebruiken. De kill switch bijvoorbeeld staat al maanden op binnenkort leverbaar. De snelheid van de verbindingen varieert afhankelijk van het tijdstip dat je inlogt. Het is een gebruiksvriendelijk programma zowel op de PC als op je telefoon of Ipad. In het algemeen goed tevreden en de kosten zijn goed. Met andere woorden een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
