Klantenservice mag attenter. Cliënt met vragen volgen, tot dat er naar beider tevredenheid een antwoord op het probleem is. Internetconnectie soms zeer traag en komt extern (buitens huis) ook soms niet tot stand.

I am very satisfied with the program. Especially the latest update with the automatic protocol selection works good. However on installation i found that my virusscanner 360 total security warned several times for trojans. Perhaps you can look into that.
