Simple, functional, and efficient/fast VPN (and other services) at affordable costs. I'm not someove to readily fork out subscription payments, but CyberGhost VPN has been worthwhile since started using it some 6 years ago.
Very straightforward installation and setup. Very effective (I've tested it!) and the cherry on the cake is the Customer Support chat that seems to be always there and sorted out very quickly two questions I had. Excellent all-round and I would recommend very highly.

It's the second year I have it. I've renovated for other 3 year. I like the app and it's quite easy to understand and go for it. There are quite a few options, depend on what you need. I use mostly for torrent and geolocalization webpages. The service is fast (I mean it's a vpn, you are going to lose some speed but give you quite good speed for torrenting). Geolocalization works and all my problems I had with them, they answered quite fast (less 24h) and keep emailing me until everything was resolved. Most of my problems with them are config problems with the app, which they resolved every time I have any problem with my computers. I´m happy with the service. I'm keeping using. On May 5, 2018, I posted a review of CyberGhost and gave it 5 stars. I am updating my review. Since the middle of May, I have been having problems with CyberGhost that I have not had before. 1)The speed has slowed down substantially. When I was using CyberGhost before this problem, the websites would come up within a couple of seconds. Now it is taking much longer 2)I cannot access many of my Windows apps when I am connected to the CyberGhost app. I contacted CyberGhost through their email. The representative worked with me and provided many steps to resolve the problem. However, nothing has worked. Since May 29, 2018, however, I have contacted CyberGhost twice. The representative has not responded. It appears to me that CyberGhost is now ignoring me since the 30 day money back guarantee ended, and I will have to suffer with the problems until next year when my 1 year subscription ends. I am giving this company 2 stars because while the representative did work with me, I am now being ignored and the problems continue to exist with no answers in sight.
