I had the pleasure of writing with "Harry". He was patient with me and even though the problem could not be resolved right away (which was based on my end), was able to point me in the right direction. Besides that he was friendly and also answered questions regarding the worksituation if you may say so. All in all a helpful and friendly support.

Excellent support when inquiring about some basic functionality of the software. I've only been using it for a few days, but so far so good! It's also less expensive than other VPNs and allow you to purchase for a 24 month plan, rather than 36 which is what most ask for.

I haven't used the service yet. I needed more information on Surfsharks service and the customer rep Sarah was a great help in explaining how everything works with the VPN service. She helped me with downloading issues from the google play store, pricing, and some technical issues. Because of her, I will be purchasing Sharksurf's Vpn service for my android smart tv. MARK

Hello Do not buy it. I had installed software on 3 PCs, notebook and android and all starts to have problems with internet, network... even if surfshark is not connected... I paid for 24 months and I want refund after few days more than 30 days and the reject to refund. Do not trust SurfShark. Pay a little more and everything will at least work which won't with surfshark!

As an avid BBC viewer living in France, I’ve been so satisfied with both the quality and service of this app. It just works with no complication (perfect for a useless techie like myself!) and the one time I had a slight issue the support was super and the problem resolved very quickly. Have tried all the main VPNs and there has always been a little something missing. Here there is a few things missing too( although Finnish server does not work with all apps) but would be things that others do not need. Found the customer service way better than the rest. The main country apps to be working perfectly like UK sites. Use for swedish sites also. Speed send decent through the VPN. PRICE ON PACKAGE IS FANTASTIC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very good support via live chat. That alone gave me confidence to buy the 2 year $1.99/mo special. The windows and android apps just work. Got more support today regarding a few adjustments to make as some sites too many images are being blocked for my liking. On my particular computer a little more speed loss than I had hoped (approx 40%), but do not notice any lag. Go ahead and give surfshark a try, I do not think you will be disapointed!
