I've been looking for a great VPN provider for a long time. Surfshark impressed me a lot, starting with a free trial plan (subscribe through App Store). I have a chance to try all available features e.g. SmartDNS, MultiHop, and CleanWeb. SmartDNS helps me watching Netflix US with maximum speed. MultiHop helps me more enjoy posting on anonymous Webboard without revealing my identity. CleanWeb helps me to browse the internet without annoying ads. Every feature is useful and I'm really happy with it.

I've been using this VPN for a few months and am very happy with it. I especially like the speed. I just did a test with Speedtest.net and got 49Mb/s (or ~6MB/s) when simulating multiple connections and 23Mb/s (or ~3MB/s) when simulating a single connection. Obviously, that's likely a lot slower than your connection without a VPN, but it's awfully fast for a VPN and fast and stable enough that you can leave it on and forget about it. If you need more speed for certain things, though, you don't need to disconnect the VPN. Just add any executable or website to the program's Whitelister and that traffic will bypass the VPN. In general, the program has a lot of versatility like that to tailor the VPN to your needs. The developers also update it frequently. I also have nothing but praise for the support. From the SurfShark website, you can e-mail your problem (I got a reply back within an hour) or initiate a chat (I got into a chat session within a minute). The latter is most convenient and Sarah was very helpful and friendly and solved each of the problems that I had. I'm really impressed with the speed, stability, features and support that you get for such a low price, am very happy that I chose Surfshark and highly recommend them.

VPN did not work as stated. Tech support was a complete Jerk and gave me all kinds of tasks to do that did not work. Complete wasted of time and effort. Update. After hours with tech support, 3 different agents, and 2 software installs, the VPN is working. I had major problems most of Sunday that required hours on tech support. It required downgrading my Netflix on fire stick and things are working now. Just wish it was nor so painful to get working

After having problems with other similar, I was lucky enough during a search on 03/05/19, to fall on a Surfshark advertisement and presentation. Three (3) days of evaluation and contacts/chat with their Support staff were enough for me to decide to register. The people at Support were extremely prompt, helpful and effective. Unfortunately I didn't write down their names, as I wanted to thank them personally after all. Helped to bypass the mannerisms, either the product/versioning-specific or the environment/system-specific on all my devices Smartphone, Computer and lastly my Mi Box which was my MAIN concern. Being an IT&C professional and running two self-owned Offices, one in Greece and one in XXX (intentionally omitted here...), in which XXX Country the products of the kind are banned and blocked, I am in position to understand better their points and approaches and appreciate the way they worked on my case. In few words, the Product DOES what it promises. And it does FAST. I lost only 10-15% in throughput with Surfshark activated, against the native connection to the ISP/line provider, either testing with "seemingly" spot/IP being a Greek one or a USA/N.Y and USA/Miami. And the "unlimited" devices/connections they are giving is too much and too plenty/generous, I think. Dear co-Customers/Subscribers, please don't make abuse on it. Fair confrontations and business policies are rare nowadays... Eventually my opinion is that the people there at Surfshark have underestimated their stuff and put it a very low Price Tag. And with the Offer they had valid till today (1.99 USD/Mo. for a 2Yrs subscription) I frankly feel like I've stolen them... Michael N. Polimeneris, 3G Experts / Computer Inn

I am writing a review for my chat agent Dennis.He was so helpful. I have very little knowledge of computers but he got me up and running on multiple devices. Fantastic service with quick answers too. 11\10 stars
