Don't forget your password. Because no often you ask, they wont send a password reset link. There is two years left on my subscription and I cant use it.
Easy and fast to use
Literally blown away, EXCELLENT service, excellent throughput, app has so much functionality. To boot, they have the best customer service ever seen. Literally instantaneous, no pain. Just get the job done well!
VPN connection is really stable with kill switch. If there are any speed limitations, I did not feel them. One licence for all devices is a nice feature. Perfectly works when need to buy a service from a country there it is cheaper (e.g. 1 year Spotify for ~15 EUR, pretending the device is in India). I wish they could redesign the app for Mac
Surfshark was the first VPN I paid for and was definitely the right choice! Signup, download the app and connect, no complicated setup just click and connect. I wish everything was that easy! I use the service in the UK with an iPhone 8/iMac on O2 mobile and at home VM, works flawlessly. Speeds are fine and I’m more than happy with the price - went for 3 years. Try it out I recommend them!

The vpn was good at the beginning when you are on the 30 day trial period, then it suddenly went down hill very fast and I don't think it was a coincidence as people would be asking for their money back!! I've had to contact customer service 4 or 5 times and all they can do is ask me to change the settings, which never fixed it and the original settings was perfectly fine at the beginning. Everyone has different issues, with different situations and the vpn settings might work for one but not for others, but there is no guidance at all from surfshark in which settings we should use. No tips, just support by online chat with useless standardized questions which is not going to fix anything. I would think carefully before choosing surfshark as there are many other vpns available.
