Surfshark does not disappoint. Excellent costumer service and secure protection.
great VPN and at a low price
Surfshark started out sort of ok, however, things got from bad to worse quite quickly. Multiple times a day Surfshark will become so slow that it is impossible to use the internet, pages cannot be displayed etc, this happens a lot on secure websites especially during transactions, but it does happen on every website...you switch off the VPN and suddenly everything works normally again (never mind the fact you have been charged twice for the thing you were buying online when it happened). Mobile is no better, you will have it running on your phone, then suddenly you think "I have not had a message for the last 4 hours"...Switch off the VPN and you are inundated with messages from all and sundry, some important...but too late, you missed the boat because of Surfshark. I did contact them about this. I sent them a few emails giving them all the details, operating system, times online, type of mobile, mobile carrier, ISP provider, location etc etc etc, and they obviously, in the end, decided to do absolutely nothing about it. So I now have this VPN which I basically never use...maybe once or twice a week I will give it a go and sooner or later, usually sooner, it wrecks my internet flow...It is unusable. In my opinion, do not waste your money. Not recommended .
Great VPN service, connected my iPhone, my wife’s, an iPad, my Mac and two other tablets and lastly our Firestick all without issue. Very easy to configure and very easy to connect. In addition, I reached out to tech support due to a question I had about connecting my Mac and they were very quick to respond and had the correct response within minutes. I have and would refer Surf Shark to friends and family.
I subscribed to Surfshark a few months ago to give me better peace of mind about my security. The service runs very smoothly, and features abilities to maximize speed and security at will. I forget it's running sometimes, but it's nice to know it's there.

Great price. Unlimited Devices. Easy to setup and use. I tested most of the top rated VPNs and settled on this one. No regrets. The only thing to remember us to turn it off when your iPhone is on cellular data. Great protection when using public Wifi. Even great for home use too. And yes.... it allows you to access Netflix in other countries. It also works for accessing Hallmark Now Movies from Canada. I would not hesitate to recommend SurfShark.

I have been using Surfshark a few months now. It is easy to download and set-up so even a novice can do it. The program allows me to either choose the server in the location of my choosing or I can allow it to choose based upon the closest to my location. It has worked flawlessly for me and feel I can trust both the program and the very knowledgeable people that protect my devices.
I did a lot of research on VPN's and which one will be the best for me and my needs. Surfshark has more than lived up to my expectations. Since I travel often, I needed a VPN for protection from public wifi in airports and hotels. The price was fantastic but more important is their customer service which was very responsive to my needs. In many reviews I read complaints about slow speeds once you have a VPN, I have had no such complaint. The protections like the kill switch has worked perfectly. In fact, all the features work as advertised. Would I refer to a friend? Yes I would and yes I have. By the way, the apps work very well with IOS devices.
