The app is good. Definitely cheaper than a lot others out there. However the 5 star is for the top of the class chat support service I received when i had trouble connecting via Surfshark. Olivia came to my rescue like captain marvel rescued Iron man ? and did a fantastic job at fixing my issue. It wasnt an easy fix. I even had to restart my macbook and as soon as i logged back in Olivia picked me up from the char queue. She Stayed with me till my issue was fixed.i am extremely happy with the service

Been using for a few weeks now after trying 2 others. Connects to most servers super fast and their help is good. I had a problem installing and they were brilliant helping me resolve without any wait on their chat.

First usage of This app and I encountered problems but the service desk (David) was brilliant. great patience. managed to get the app working on laptop and TV. Really appreciated. Impressed with the User interface and all seems well. Hopefully after a trial will fully subscribe. Good experience so far

bevor ich das Abo abschloss war die Leitung in der Testphase in Ordnung.Nun leider nicht mehr. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Service, kam es zu keiner Einigung. Nepper Schlepper Bauernfänger? Kommentar. Genau das habe ich getan und ein unfreundlicher Mensch namens Adelaine oder so, sagte mir am Schluss das es mein Problem wäre. Soweit zum service. also genau das was ich hier tun soll werde ich nicht machen, weil mir dann der nächste eine Abfuhr erteilt. Einen Speedtest kann ich auch allein machen. Entweder ein kompetenter Mitarbeiter nimmt sich der Sache an oder wir lassen das. Meinen Namen haben sie ja.

I was unsure about going the VPN route, but I have to say I'm very impressed with Surfshark's service. The windows app is easy to use and helpful. The service itself is very good so far ... speeds are very comparable to service without VPN. Keep up the great work!

Well,tested this provider with result: 1.app on win 10 working good with no issue..speed is average got 50-60% from original speed 2.tested on powerfull router but got only 5% from original speed..so is not possible for streaming like hd or 4k videos..always video loading..still lost connection on xbox when online gaming..also tested on lan cable..on wifi is very weak speed.Tested router with 3 different providers like expressvpn and still got 30mb speed what I m expected.Also tested on closer server to me with openvpn tcp/udp..with other servers got only 0.5-1 mb speed.Contacted support centre but didnt help me.Support is ok..but service still not working on 100% like another vpn providers..Like I said my router support max 30mb speed with vpn on..unfortunately with Surfshark got only max 5mb.Overall this provider is average , not enough strong like others providers..but guys you can test for 30 days..30 days risk-free. update..contacted again support but they didnt fix speed problem due dont know how..they give to me back money

Had some initial set up issues but David in customer chat was super and very patient! We got there in the end!
