Does not honor the 30-day money back guarantee. Multiple emails sent to their customer service, no reply. The other 2 VPN providers I tried (ExpressVPN and SaferVPN) very quickly honored their guarantee when I provided proof that the service did not serve my needs.

Setting the Surfshark apps up was a breeze on my Firestick and Mac. The streaming speeds have been decent enough on servers I've tried so far with no noticeable buffering even while watching popular shows in Kodi Exodus. That's just icing, though. Using the Surfshark browser extension to check prices as if shopping from various locations is the cake itself! I was amazed at how big the difference in airfare alone was from different purchase locations. I've already saved more shopping like this in the first 30 days than my 2 year subscription cost, so will not be asking for my money back. lol

VPN was alright though it slowed down my network which is a complaint I've read before. When I decided I didn't need this service anymore and the trade off of internet speed for vpn wasn't ideal I e-mail support about cancelling my subscription and getting a refund, literally the day after purchasing. E-mails went back and forth slowly over 5 days where their customer service asked questions about what was wrong with their service and that they would be happy to resolve issues. I persisted that I just wanted a refund and the end my subscription and they never addressed this even ceasing to reply when I told them I wouldn't answer anymore questions and that I just wanted a refund. Not giving up I used their live chat to ask for assistance. There I was confronted with the same treatment but this time I never bothered to mention any issues and just said I could not afford their subscription and wanted a refund. Like a guy that can't take a hint they still needed to know how their product was and I said it was fine. This is what it took though to get my subscription cancelled and a refund for software I used for a day. The product itself really isn't that bad and is really affordable but their customer service is nothing but hard sellers and it's annoying. SurfShark tell your customer service to be more friendly and helpful and to ease off on the aggressive salesmanship. I will tell people to stay away for this poor service.

Ik heb sinds kort mijn snelheid verhoogt naar 500 Down als ik surfshark inschakel (fastest Server) haal ik amper 200 down dit is niet terug te vinden op hun site.

It is a easy to use VPN that works great. Would recommend it to others! Some stability issues sometimes with MacOS and IOS. The MacOS still lacks the feature to whitelist things and see your data usage. Digital TV app for IOS ZiggoGO unfortunately does not work when the VPN is on.

Contraté SurfShark con un poco de miedo. El precio era sensacional y mi sorpresa fue que ¡el VPN también lo era! Tiene muchísimas locaciones, la locación es sorprendentemente rápida en todos los dispositivos. El único inconveniente que hasta la fecha he encontrado es que en la conexión en mi PC a veces hay algunos glitches y tengo que volver a abrirlo, lo que quita algo de tiempo. Fuera de eso, el mejor VPN en relación calidad-precio.

Una de las mejores VPN que he probado en relación calidad precio y que ademas te deja conectar el numero de equipos que quieras. Un defecto puede ser que hace que la navegación sea un poco mas lenta en algunas ocasiones y que en algunos momentos te de error de conexión. En general por el precio de 35 euros por dos años... de lo mejor.

Me decidí a montar una VPN, para solucionar los problemas del P2P y poder navegar sin que luego me inunden a cookies, programas espía etc... Después de mirar las ofertas VPN y probarlas durante unos días, me decidí por Surfshark por varias razones: - Precio mas que razonable - Interface de conexión sencilla, intuitiva y sin complicaciones - Velocidad mas que suficiente para las descargas P2P y para navegar de forma fluida. Si andas buscando una VPN, te recomiendo que pruebes esta y posiblemente te quedaras.
