It does not work on my home desktop. Works fine on my phone. Microsoft reccetly had an update and I suspect this VPN needs to be updated. After 4 emails I finally got an automated reply from the tech area.

Very impressed with and am happy to have purchased the Surfshark VPN licence. There are a lot of options for a VPN but most are relatively very expensive and the licences are sold on a per machine basis. Surfshark allows the VPN software to be installed on multiple machines in a location. My previous VPN licence expired and I was not happy with the renewal cost and looked around for an alternative. The best value I could find in my type of environment was Surfshark. Many countries are covered by servers and up until now (about 2 Months) have had ZERO problems with the VPN or its implementation. An interesting option I had not been aware of until it happened, is that if you are attached to a "torrent unfriendly server", the software automatically switches you to a torrent friendly server for that session. I do not do a lot of torrenting but thought this facility was a good addition. All in all a great piece of software and am not regretting my choice.

Benutzerfreundlichkeit top. nach anfänglich langsamer Verbindung sehr bald eine gute und stabile Konnektivität am PC und auch Smartphone. Nutze Surfshark vor Allem auf dem Handy bei Verbindungen mit öffentlichen WLAN Netzwerken.

Mijn eerste VPN account, Surfshark bevalt uitstekend. Moet Surfshark af en toe uitzetten als de verbinding te traag wordt of niet tot stand komt, maar anoniem kunnen werken maakt alles goed!
