Since loading Surfshark I have had very slow WiFi, and in several cases frozen internet. It has also stopped me loading some apps until I turn Surfshark off.

Surfshark is a great VPN I've use it since 1 month, and it's great especially you can use unlimited devices at same time.. just in China hard a little because Government firewall

I've been really impressed with Surfshark. Been using them for two years and just signed up for two more. Found them somehow during a Black Friday or Digital Monday deal or somewhat. The price is crazy reasonable -- like $2/m if you sign up for a year or two -- and easy to use. That was my main concern. I'm not a techie. I had heard about VPNs but was intimidated, wondering what they actually were and how complicated they actually were to use. Answer: super smart to protect your surfing and data; and crazy easy to set up and use. Took minutes. And when I've had an issue, the customer service is surprisingly cheery, helpful, and patient. Don't mean to sound like a pollyanna, but I just really like their service. It's not perfect 100% of the time, but it's perfect enough for me, especially at the price point and given the excellent customer service.

Well ! I had a big problem, and the chat on : Surfshark support was a great helping. David was excellent, patient , for it lasted about 2 hoursor more to find out what was going on. Thanks a lot to all those who work like this. Great job!

I've been using Surfshark for several months now and it seems to work extremely well. I looked at several free and paid VPN options and this looked the best - and has proved great! Once set up (very easy) it opens automatically at start up to ensure that your internet surfing is private. There are options for connecting, depending on your location at the time - so e.g. if you are travelling, you simply opt to connect to the nearest location. I have absolutely no complaints and can recommend it to others.

unfortunately it doesnt work while using my wifi, it always say incorrect pass but it works using my data, and the customer service is very nice to me and i got a refund

Absolute rubbish.... One minute plays catchup TV but not live TV. Next minute it is reversed. Cannot play an Amazon film as it says connection too slow. Speed test shows a speed of150Mbps. Nothing works on BBC. Help desk have no clue of world matters....
