Ik heb dit abonnement nog maar pas en kan dus niet uit veel ervaring spreken. Maar ik ben bij deze VPN terecht gekomen door goede beoordelingen op sites van computernerds. Mijn eigen ervaring is tot nu positief. De verbinding deed even vreemd ( waarschijnlijk een foutje van mezelf) en daarvoor moest ik hulp van SurfShark inroepen. Het antwoord kwam zeer snel,zoals het hoort. Voor de prijs hoef je het niet te laten. En het beantwoordt aan mijn doel: een afgeschermde verbinding. En geen gegevens van klanten bewaren t.b.v. een nieuwsgierige overheid.

Their servers has problem connecting to Netflix and they don't admit. They say speedtest.net is good and there is no problem with speed, the vpn is good.But I am here to watch Netflix with only 3mbps is also good right? And then let me adjust many options for like several hours. The customer service man is a jerk. They are never going to figure what cause the trouble and call it trouble shooting.And they ask for my ip address and dns address but refuse to provide a screen shot of a speedtest of their computer to prove that their service is fine, say I'am invading their privacy.So I got no privacy huh. Such a jerk customer service with a low speed. Get someone can really shoot trouble or just buy a bot to repeat your prepared words.
