I went on holiday & it helped me use tv apps from the UK in Spain. I wish they’d get in touch & tell me how I could use the service? I paid for no advertising but haven’t figured it out yet. I’m sure it’ll be fine. Thanks.

Unbelievably easy to install on an unlimited number of devices. Has worked perfectly no matter which state I've traveled to. That's in addition to the built in protection while online. I am so happy I extended my plan for two more years; for a total of 4 years of protection. Total cost was the best around and paying pennies per day.

I am using Surfshark on my Firestickmy iPhone and my computer and it works great. I tried others but for the price, customer service and ease of use this is definitely the best.

WORKS GREAT AS FAR AS A NON-GEEK WOULD KNOW. I HAVEN'T BEEN HACKED SINCE PURCHASE. THE ONE THING THAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS SOMETIMES IT WON'T AUTOMATICALLY RESTART ON REBOOT OF MY iMac.

I started using computers in 1980 and Surshark is at the top of my list for support and suggestions. My most used VPN's are Vancouver, Canada and Seattle, WA. Both are very fast. (If I try to check my email on the Seattle, WA. site, Google gets really excited .... WAY to much security!!!) Not only has Surfshark given me excellent service, the cost is quite affordable for a person on a fixed income. All in all, Surfshark is a great company to deal with .... Demas

Rapport qualité/performance/prix, excellent. Aucun ralentissement dans ma connexion. Seul bémol : Au début j’ai un peu galéré, car je n’imaginais pas que le pare-feu de Windows pouvait empêcher Surfshark de fonctionner. Mais j’ai fini par le désactiver et j’en ai installé un autre à la place, et désormais tout va bien !

i searched for sometime, to find the vpn that was right for me and value for money was a key consideration. there are dozens of vpn providers each claiming to be the best. i chose surfshark for the following reasons. 1. over 1000 servers worldwide. 2. they have a feature that always connects to the fastest server. 3. great customer service. i did have a problem and they got back to me quickly. 4. they are always innovating. they have plans to add more upgrades to their service in 2020. 5. and this was the deal clincher. the price. if you buy the 24 month plan, its amongst the cheapest out there. its not all perfect. the vpn slowed my internet down by about 30 percent. I have been in contact with surfshark. They have informed me that a 30 percent drop in speeds, is to be expected. they also told me that during 2020, their ambitious plans to upgrade, should improve performance. Therefore, i have no hesitation in recommending surfshark. i wait with anticipation, to discover what upgrades are on the way.
