If you using this VPN for your PC just don't.Starting up this VPN on your PC can take a while and the speed not really great,already contacted their customer service about this and I tried all their solution the results still the same.You better off using PIA or Tor guard

Also das einzige was gut klappt, ist die Anonmysierung von ipv4. Eine Anonymisierung von ipv6 gibt es nicht. Anonymität ist also nicht gegeben. Autostart unter Linux und Android funktioniert ebenso wenig wie die automatische Verbindung. Auch werden nicht alle Browserarten unterstützt. Nicht einmal ein so bekannter wie OPERA. Da ist die Konkurrenz um Längen voraus und besser. Geschwindigkeit ist gut. Trotzdem KEINE Kaufempfehlung.

They misrepresented the product. They claim Providence RI is Boston MA. Then they claim to have Boston servers. I couldn’t get one in ten attempts. Then support tried to jury rig my Firestick. That’s when I requested cancellation and a refund. No one will confirm cancellation and refund. I keep getting customer opinion emails what do I think of the company and service. My opinion is the company misrepresented where they have servers and are dishonest. I’m reporting them to the BBB Monday morning if I don’t hear back on cancellation and refund.

If you need a VPN that works then go to Surfshark. They give you a good service at a very good price. Surfshark support is top notch, using Live chat is the best with immediate response. Surfshark does not leave you stranded, they always follow up.

Love the fact of having hidden and different IP address.cuts out a lot of useless ads and notices. Makes it harder for hackers to access . Price is excellent and got an unexpected and pleasant surprise at Christmas from the company in a thank you email and a free bonus month. Customer service means a lot to me when you know you are appreciated and they are doing their best.

Easy to add to devices and quick to connect to servers across the world. Had this for just over a month and so far no issues. My only downside was that I can't use this with my chromecast as it has issues with my TV and chromecast setup.
