surfshark is to me and many i speak to fairly new or not too well known in comparison with other providers. they seem more than capable of competing with other services and are way cheaper, the customer service is excellent and it helps to keep my privacy and takes away my concerns around this topic. i have used other services in the past where i used to overpay and didn’t get such an awesome and helpful response as i do from surfshark

Great new VPN service. Generally rock steady but there are times it appears to drop a server and you have to manually connect to a new one. I don't Torrent or use overseas streaming services so I cannot comment on the viability of this service for that.
I have not had any problems with the service provided. I enjoy the security that you provide. The only problem I have had is using the VPN for a long time (2 or more hours) caused my laptop to over heat and emergency shut down so using your service puts strain on my divice. Other than that no problems
I've had no problems. Everything works well with my phone. Reasonable price and the app is great.
Hele fijne app, overzichtelijk, duidelijk, gebruiksvriendelijk en simpel in gebruik. Wil hem maar al te graag aanraden aan iedereen die een betaalbare vpn zoekt.
So far, I like Surfshark. I used IPVanish for a number of yeas and it worked fine, but was more expensive than Surfshark, so I am giving it a try. Surfshark is simple to use on our android phones, PCs, and Kindles. I have not used it overseas yet, but will be using it in Egypt and Russia soon. The only problem I have is with the software updates on the kindle (updates work for on the computers on phones), I think this may be a problem with the Kindles funky android operating system - still working on this issue.
Good VPN, most time works well. But, it is not fast enough. Very good service, quick response and support
Ich habe vor meiner Entscheidung lange recherchiert und abgewogen welchen VPN-Provider ich mir zulege. Die Wahl fiel auf Surfshark, weil der Anbieter für mich den besten Kompromiss zwischen Features und Preis machte. Durch Verwenden des Autostarts und des Kill-Switches bleiben meine Daten zuverlässig durch den VPN-Server geschützt. Nun benutze ich den Dienst seit einigen Monaten und bin damit absolut zufrieden. Der Client bietet zahlreiche Features, Protokolle und Optionen. Die Verbindungen sind stabil und bremsen auch nicht aus. Es gibt keine Traffic Limitierungen. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass mehrere Endgeräte (Handy, Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, TV u.v.m....) parallel verbunden werden können. (Mein Dienst davor lies immer nur eine Verbindung zu.) Auch das Bezahlen über Etherium klappte super. Kann den Dienst guten Gewissens empfehlen.
Manytimes the speed is very low and i have to disconnect it. Sometimes it's ok. Without vpn my speed is above 100MB/s, with Surfshark vpn between 0.5 and 50MB/s. My wife is calling normally with WhatsApp but this is not possible with the highly fluctuating speed performance. Edit 20100112: Live chat does not work (android phone). Only first question is displayed, a reply does not work, the new text is always replaced with the first question. Unbelievable, what is going on?
