*Edit Thank you. I've just submitted an online enquiry. Easy to install and use and for the most part, works very well. The main and most frustrating issue, is that it causes wifi to drop in and out and on occasion, stops wifi connecting altogether meaning one must disconnect the VPN, rendering it useless. A great product, hindered by this most annoying issue. Perhaps you could make some changes to ensure your product can be used as it is intended, without sacrificing the ability to use what is an essential part of ones device, i.e. connection to the Internet.

Sinds enkele maanden gebruiken wij surfshark. Alles is hierdoor op elke locatie bereikbaar en even zo belangrijk niemand weet waar je bent. Mijn man en ik gebruiken surfshark op iphones, ipads, computers etc. Aangezien wij af en toe ook in Spanje en Frankrijk wonen erg ideaal.

This is the fastest VPN I have used. It's easy, and really works, Disney+, Netflix and others. Excellent app for Android. I use it full time on my note 10+, works like a charm.

I switched over 1 month ago from Express VPN which was not bad but suffered a lot from speed issues plus it was probably the most expensive VPN. I have to admit that Surf Shark has been very stable and the speeds are excellent. For a fairly new company I think they will do well. Doug

Goede VPN als je de app gebruikt. Wil je zelf instellen in je router dan wordt het lastiger. Een Fritsbox kan niet met deze VPN. 1000e Nederlanders hebben die box via Ziggo maar kan niet met Surfshark. De app op de telefoon werkt goed al gaat hij soms niet vanzelf aan bij opstarten. Vind het wel een goede VPN maar meer voor de mobile telefoon dan rechtstreeks via de router.

I bought this service and couldn't get my service to work with some help from their excellent support staff I found that I had misspelled my e-mail they had it fixed in no time. If your workplace blocks certain apps this app works great for restoring access to things like Netflix and amazon prime tv and Disney plus

Pretty easy to install and use. Can't tell if works as advertised, don't know any ways to check it. So I assume it does OK. One small thing needs an upgrade: frequently (in ~50% of cases) when starting it under Windows (either manually or as a part of auto-start script) it connects to selected server but without actually connecting to the Internet. So any other program needing the access says 'No internet connection'. This state changes all by itself after some time - from below the minute till 10 minutes or more. Sometimes switching to another server helps, sometime it doesn't. I can live with it providing I know what's happening. So IMHO a clearly visible status indicator and message stating what's going on is a must! Something like tool tip over the tray icon and/or a status line on a screen gadget saying 'Server overloaded', 'Retrying', whatever.
