After 2 months of usage i haven't had any problems with the service. The speeds are good, the UI of the windows and android apps are nice and simple with optional advanced features. Over all really enjoying this VPN so far.

I spent much of the day choosing a VPN service and then going with Surfshark. Things seemed to work OK, except that I could not send or receive email through my iPhone. I connected with Oscar on Customer Service chat, and he spent about half an hour with me trying various things, including helping me choose a server that would work well with email. I was new to the app, so it took many false starts on my part to get to choose the specified server. Oscar was patient with me throughout. Gotta send big KUDOs!

After 38 days i have had a lot of problems with dropped service and not automatically running at startup. Only to be told, when i live chatted to them, that they are unable to do that on android devices. I asked how i could get my money back off of a 27 month contract. I was told that they could cancel my automatic-renewal, however, reimbursement is not available, since more than 30 days have passed since my subscription. It was 38, i had been working away for 2 weeks and was not fully aware of all the issues. Still having connection problems with windows OS and android OS.

Good VPN. PRO: Lowered the attacks my other anti malware had to deal with. Usually up on my selected server. Easy to change to a working server when necessary. CON: Slow coming up on startup and server change. Probably benefits I haven't noticed, yet.

WORKS GOOD. COMFORTABLE. STABLE. I HAD PROBLEM SOMETIMES IN WINDOWS 10 when I just couldn't find it, than it appeared..i opened it from my Firefox extension. It can always be my fault...but I think something is wrong with the WINDOWS 10 competability

I'm very excited about Surfshark VPN ! The price is simply super and unbeatable ! In the beginning I had problems with the VPN ! Websites loaded for a very long time, or not at all ! Nothing worked in Google search ! Didn't even search ! I had installed the Firefox addon at the time ! That blocked ! Then a very nice employee of Surfshark advised me to install the Windows app from Surfshark VPN ! Now everything works wonderfully ! The internet is very fast and everything works ! I only surf with VPN ! Unfortunately, some websites do not accept VPN ! I'm so excited about Surfshark VPN that I've installed it on my new phone! Setting up is totally easy ! Now my whole phone is protected ! I can recommend Surfshark to everyone ! The service is great, very friendly and you have a lot of patience ! You will enjoy with Surfshark VPN ! Best wishes!
