I just signed up for Surfshark after my manager/IT person recommended it. I needed help setting it up probably due to the age of my equipment, etc. Jimmy was a great help addressing a few issues. I highly recommend them due to their great customer service so far!!

Though I appreciate and for the most part am thankful for the honest reviews out there I'm not one who normally does any due to lack of time unless the product or service has been spectacular. It's been less than a week that I signed up, everything was smooth-sailing until i tried installing it on Mac OS Sierra. I'm not that tech savvy but normally stuff like this I usually solve them on my own thru research n google or forums. Not this time. I was forced to contact Support via a Chat room. In a nutshell I think I was lucky to have John on the line twice in a row and he helped me patiently and tenaciously trying out different scenarios until we figured out the problem and had it solved. I'm very happy so far both the product and service and of course the rapid and efficient support I got via John. Keep up the good work guys!

never works ! worked for few days than stopped . bad service ! I will never renew or spend my money with that bad VPN again!!!!

I've noticed it affects performance at times, where a page fails to load or takes longer than usual. If I disconnect from Surfshark, and go back, the page will load right away. It can be frustrating, and definitely disappointing.

I have used Surfshark both here in the USA and overseas.... every time I had it turned off I could tell because I got so much garbage while I was surfing the web. As soon as I turned Surfshark back on, POOF, all that crap was gone. The only issue I have had with this is that it occasionally drops connection and I have to restart it...the web session connection would stay up even with the supposed feature of kill the connection to the internet of the program was active. This is a buy for sure option.

Great VPN. Very Fast and great features on Android and Windows. Only 4 star because of the terrible Linux app - i mean, no GUI!!
