I have only had this service for a little while but I have to admit the customer service is really great I am loving this vpn servise had a differant service before (they were suppose to be one of the best but it did not turn out that way .

Unable to connect to amazon, ( uk. es. de. com etc) unless I switch off VPN.

Amazon Prime and Firestick will not play with the VPN turned on. A lot sites on my phone will not open with the VPN turned.

One disturbing side effect and why I did not ate five stars is that the Starbucks mobile App will not work when VPN is active. I must turn off Surfshark in order to place an order. Otherwise I am happy with the service thus far. Please ask the programmers to look into this issue.
