I've been using this software for nearly 6 months without a single issue. The interface is easy to use and understand for even the most novice of users.
Very simple to use. Generally a fast and stable connection. Great choice of servers.
Surfshark is a really good vpn and really it's really cheap. Good speeds and no leaks. Surfshark supports OpenVPN (TCP and UDP), IKEv2 and shadowsocks. Support is great and they are open 24/7. The only cons are that the Cleanweb feature don't block YouTube ads and the VPN connection keeps disconnecting after some minutes in sleep mode and won't reconnect when i start using the phone again if I don't do it manually in the app.

Excellent help from the support team. I spoke with Finley and Jim to get my connection working when my computer was giving me all kinds of problems. They were patient and methodical in working through the issues.
Good value for money. Better than avest vpn.
Works very well and doesn't noticeably slow down my connection. A great value and simple to use.
Works great on android but having problems with one of my windows computer. Keeps locking up my network card to the point of having to Uninstaller and doing a full reset of the network card.
Your speed on some servers are awful
I've been using SurfShark for about 6 months now. As I was researching which VPN to purchase (because you can't wholly trust a free VPN) the 3 features that stood out the most were: 1 - camouflage mode 2 - unlimited devices; and 3 - all servers support torrents Since then the service has been great but over the last month or two, I have noticed a few errors/hick-ups while connecting. Specifically, my Windows laptop was having issues maintaining an appropriate speed during connection, I resolved this by disabling the kill switch. On my phone, I had an issue where after being connected to any 1 server for too long and I lost connection but it never said that. I would have full bars and everything (wifi or data) and yet couldn't connect, I would need to disconnect/reconnect and it would fix it, even on the same server. Again, disabling the VPN kill switch and enabling the auto-connect has corrected the issue. They do constantly push updates and correct issues in previous releases so they are working on it and it is noticeable albeit prior to me figuring out workarounds it was very frustrating and would have turned off any of my none techy friends. Due to this, I give it 4 stars. If it was a little more accessible to newbies this would be THE VPN to recommend to everyone. Overall I do still recommend SurfShark to my privacy-centric friends and I do believe in the product but it may provide hick-ups which means you can't install it on Grandma's computer and walk away.
