Easy to use. Setup is easy. I'm not the most savvy person when it comes to IT but... I've tested SurfShark with various online VPN testing apps and SurfShark passed all the tests I threw at it. No leaks. All of your data goes to the site you select. The VPN provides you with another layer of protection that makes it harder for the bad guys to hack your computer. I would definitely recommend SurfShark to anyone wanting to increase security to their internet connection.

Support has been quick at least. Have had a couple incidents where my privacy was compromised without a logical explanation. Would suggest a tutorial on how to confirm your VPN is working properly and not compromised or leaking and when you should do this. Especially for Torrent users. I felt The support team was not real knowledgeable about this problem. Also had a couple of incidents where connectivity was a problem and the kill switch caused problems. All seems well now touch wood.

From time to time I'll be on regular data network not wifi and it will say that I'm on surfshark but when go into it , it says I'm not . And the speed is ok but looking for improvement. But over all it's is great ! Thanks
