I paid for 2 months and didn't get any service. Even though I sent sreenshots and emailed after email. I even spoke to u through email. That's y I resigned up. It got me again 2 days later. Kept saying I was locked out and need to contact. I can't believe you would even send me a review. I wouldn't give this app to my worst enemy. Kaspersky now they got there stuff in order. I have an issue 24/7, customer service live person. I'm sorry I love the application I'm just mad at my personal experience. But in this day in age you can check log reports and see my usage and when someone pays for something and u take the time to listen and then fix the problem and you don't quit until customer is at least aware of the issue. You wanted honest you need better understanding of your customers and remember in sales the customer is always right. I felt like you guys thought I was lying that's how u made me feel at least. Oh well whats done is done. May God bless you guys and it's a great application you will do good but if you want to be great the small things matter. Good day ?

Speeds initially were good. However, I've had this VPN service for over a month now and have noticed lag. It doesn't matter where I connect to. You would think it would be better if I chose fastest server connection. The VPN connection will even drop out after about an hour. It's not the best and I got what I paid for.
